PATTERN NOTES
This gorgeous crescent-shaped shawl is named for the beautiful Crepe Myrtle trees peppered throughout the southern United States. Cables along the edges and center of the shawl elevate the soothing stockinette stitch used throughout the body. The crescent shape makes this shawl easy to wear in a variety of styles, and it’s so cozy that it’s sure to become your favorite autumn accessory.

This shawl is knit from the top down beginning with a tab cast-on.

The border is worked as a knit-on edging. One stitch at the end of every row of the border is knit together with a shawl body stitch.
