I do freelance knit & crochet design! I’m also available for crochet & knit chart making, schematics, tech editing, and other assorted pattern related things. I worked as the creative director of Universal Yarn for 7 years, through March of 2019, and as the Yarn Director for Jimmy Beans Wool for three years from 2019-2022.

Before that, I owned a pizza place in Iowa City, IA for 7 years. This is where I learned to knit - in between pizza making.

I knit and crochet constantly, wish I had time to sew again, and dream of unpacking my poor, neglected loom. Occasionally I find the time to play tennis and walk the dog.

Other hobbies include motorcycle riding, violin, dog cuddling, and being a smart ass. I also enjoy a good death stare.
