This amulet bag measures 2 3/4” wide x 5” high with a 23” necklace. It is made in Natural and Spruce crochet thread. Size 8 glass beads in Fr. Opal Sm. Topaz and Golden Emerald by Mill Hill are used. A button, Kamali, by JHB is used for the closure and antique silver plastic feathers by Darice are added at the bottom of the bag. This bag is worked in the back loops, which gives “ridges” to the rows, much like a ripple afghan. The bag is worked in 3 separate pieces. The beaded necklace is worked while joining the 3 pieces together.
