RED HEART® “Soft Yarn”: 2 1/2 Ounces No. 4608 Wine
OR No. 9518 Teal.
Crochet Hook: 5.5mm US I-9.

Optional: 3/4 Yard of 1/2” elastic. Cut elastic to head measurement plus 1/2”. Overlap ends of elastic by 1/2” and sew together. Fold single crochet band in half over circle of elastic and slip stitch in place.
