Create your own chicken family in just a few hours! This pattern includes one PDF file with detailed instructions on how to crochet and assemble all the parts to make this rooster, chicken, and chick.

Only basic crocheting skills will be needed: chain, single crochet, double crochet, increasing and decreasing.

Materials You Will Need:
• Crochet hook size: G/4.00mm; F/3.75mm (for chicks)
• Worsted weight yarn: yellow (for chick and rooster’s head), brown (for chicken and rooster’s body), orange (beaks and feet), green (rooster’s tail feathers), and red (combs and wattles)
• Yarn needle
• Two pair of 12 mm safety eyes and two pairs of 7 mm safety eyes*
• Polyester fiber fill stuffing

Note: Safety eyes can be found on Etsy, Amazon, eBay, or your local craft store. The safety eyes are highly recommended, but they can be substituted with black buttons or yarn if you prefer.

Final measurement for the finished rooster and chicken will be 5.5 inches (14 cm) tall, and for the chicks 3.5 inches (9 cm) tall.
