Crochet Easter treat basket
Materials:
1. Any yarn - preferably a Worsted or Bulky weight, as this will let the basket hold its shape better. If you don’t have thicker yarn on hand, crochet holding 2 or 3 strands of a thinner yarn together. I used Malaga 100% acrylic yarn in colour Sunflower (holding 2 strands together).
-
Please don’t feel tied to the yarn or yarn colours. Use the yarn that you feel most comfortable with and have on hand.
-
Crochet hook size 5mm (or a hook size corresponding to the thickness of yarn you use).
-
Small button for the front of the basket.
Notes:
Do not join rounds, work in a continuous spiral unless otherwise stated;Use a stitch marker to mark the last stitch of each round (or if you prefer, the beginning of each round); All stitches are worked in both loops unless otherwise stated.
