Tis the season…. to wear headbands! It’s the perfect accessory when it’s not cold enough for a hat but too cold to go without.

This pattern uses front and back post crochet stitches, which result in the very interesting ribbed texture. Great if you want to go for a knit look but like to crochet more ;)

It’s a very easy pattern, available in both Dutch and English (US). Step by step pictures are provided to make it even easier.

This pattern can be made with a number of yarns. I’ve made several headbands all with different yarns. Once you get the hang of the pattern, you can choose to go with a thinner/bulkier yarn that calls for more or fewer pattern repeats.
