The following abbreviations are used
ss = slip stitch
ch = chain
tr = treble

Use as thin a hook and yarn combination as you can. I used a 1.25 mm hook with thread for a web with a 7.5 cm (3”) diameter.

When stretched out, an additional 2.5 cm (1”) was gained.
