Crocus Bonnet
The Crocus Bonnet is a cute, feminine bonnet with a pretty leaf and flower eyelet pattern combined with a simple slip stitch cable.
The bonnet is worked from back to front. You start at the back with just a few sts on double pointed needles and then work in the round while increasing. When you have increased by a certain number of sts, a few sts are cast off and the rest of the sts are worked back and forth. When the brim is completed sts are picked up on the lower edge of the bonnet and a garter st
edge is worked, including a single short row to make sure the bonnet is not too short in the back. Lastly the icord ties are made.
