Crossroads & Country Lanes
by Nancy Totten
Who says both ends of a scarf should be the same pattern? Not me!
This scarf is knit from end to end, but in 3 sections, Section A is a variation of the Crossroads stitch pattern, Section B is k2p2 ribbing, and Section C is a Country Lanes cable pattern. Because of the uniqueness of the 3 sections, the knitter can decide how to make the scarf: Sections A, B & C, or Sections A, B & A, or Sections C, B & C. So the pattern is really 3 patterns in 1. All will use the same yardage.
