CHOOSING A SIZE
This tee is designed to be worn with approximately 7.5 cm / 3 inches of positive ease. Depending on your body shape and how you prefer your garments to fit, you may choose your size based on either your upper bust or full bust measurement. If you have a larger bust, choosing a size with a little negative or neutral ease at the bust may give a better overall fit. An optional bust shaping modification is included to add length to the front panel where needed.

If your hips are wider than your upper body, you may wish to size down from the size you would choose based on your hip measurement and then increase to one or two sizes up after separating for body and sleeves. This approach can result in a better fit across the shoulders, while still allowing enough room at the hips. Guidance for this adjustment is provided in the body section of the pattern.

A note about sizes 12 and 14
Sizes 12 and 14 haven’t been tested yet. If you’re interested in knitting either of those sizes, I’d love to offer you the pattern for free in exchange for some feedback on your experience. There’s no deadline, you can knit at your own pace.
Please note that this pattern has been professionally tech edited, so it should be accurate and ready to knit. Still, your notes and insights would be very helpful in refining these larger sizes for future updated.
