This is a fun design to use in place of a shawl pin. You can use scraps of yarn or mini skeins to coordinate with your shawl.

It requires around 8g or 35yds. This can alter slightly with tension and gauge.
You can always use varying weights. This will alter size and yardage. Remember to change your hook size.

If 6” isn’t the right size to go around your shawl, then just add or subtract repeats of row 3.

These can be made in a few hours or night. Have fun making a coordinating one for all of your shawls!
