Cumulonimbus
The body of this shawl is knit entirely in garter stitch with intarsia colorwork. Increases and decreases at the edge form a long and shallow shape mimicking a puffy cloud. The perimeter is finished with a smooth I-cord edge.

Errata

So, there shouldn’t be a “k1” after “k24”.
Section 3 Next Row (WS) - “sl” should read, “sl1 wyif” at the end of that row.
