PATTERN NOTES
These sweet and snuggly treats are worked from the bottom up in the round starting with the cake or cone. The frill for the icing and ice cream starts flat and then is joined with the cake or cone and worked in the round, leaving only a small seam to sew. Two 16” circular needles or double point needles are suggested for working these small pieces in the round, but magic loop or traveling loop can also be used. If using double point needles, you will need a pair of straight needles in the larger size to work the frill.
