Miscellaneous Supplies: Yarn needle, 6” embroidery hoop or a ring that has a circumference close to 21”, pins to hold items while sewing
Finished Measurements: Measured flat and not including streamers - 13” long x 11.5” across widest part
Gauge: Bottom, striped section - 4” = 15 sc sts and 15 rows; Top, frosting section - 4.5 ridges
