Eight different constructions , four shapes, two gauges

I often hear knitters speaking of their stash as some sort of adversary or an impending doom that must be kept at bay. I like to think of my stash as a collection that requires careful cultivation and curation. I found that my selection of hand-dyed yarns (specifically in sock quantities) was in need of more dedicated attention. Hence The Curator Suite. Each shawl shown used the equivalent of 3 pairs of socks worth of yarn. 4 triangles, 2 rectangles, 1 square and 1 parallelogram all formed on the same basic shaping principles and in the same stitch pattern to perfectly showcase the reason why I fell in love with hand-dyed yarn in the first place.
