Cushion: Square Deal
Square Deal represents the smallest number of different squares which can be fitted together to make a larger square.
This arrangement was discovered in 1978 by A J W Duijvestijn. Since 1939 it had been thought that 55 was the smallest number.
Buy the cushion pattern on its own or in 12 Pillows of Wisdom - a book of 12 cushion patterns.
We also have an afghan version of Square Deal.
