You’ll need a 4mm hook, several colors of ww yarn, and some buttons or brads. I recommend 6mm brads and 4mm buttons.

The finished product should fit standard S-L paper cups as long as you keep your tension on the loose side. If you have tight tension it won’t stretch very much.
