Cutrera
Inspired by the streetcar tracks of San Francisco, Cutrera is full of curves and intersecting lines. Its linear design creates a bold, modern statement.
This pattern is worked over 8 rows of charts, 5 across each row.
Don’t let the number of charts scare you… remember you’re knitting just one stitch at a time, and in this case, working between 5 charts at a time. Locked floats are essential in this piece and make the back almost as gorgeous as the front. An i-cord border surrounds the entire piece.
Knitting Knowledge
This pattern is worked flat and requires the following techniques:
• Knitting/purling
• Locked floats
• Reading and navigating multiple charts
• Applied i-cord
• Finishing
