Simply pop this lovely into a plant pot about 3-4 inches high for an unforgetable gift or conversation piece.

’Pot plant’ is an English expression, which refers to a potted plant. This pattern does not contain instructions for the creation of knitted soft drugs. Sorry.

The Cyclops Pot Plant pdf knitting pattern gives you clear step by step instructions to knit a plant approximately 12 inches (30cm) tall, with a removable eye and posable stems.

This pattern is suitable for an intermediate knitter and is knitted flat. It’s a substantial project so allow up to a week to knit this up.

What you will need:

2 knitting needles (US1/2.75mm or size required to match tension advice)
2 knitting needles (US2/3mm)
30g pale green yarn
30g dark green yarn
20g dark brown yarn
Thin plastic covered wire
1 plastic toy safety eye
A few stones (optional)
Acrylic toy stuffing (polyfil)
1 tapestry needle for sewing up

Casting on and off
Increasing and decreasing
Picking up

Stitches used:

Stocking stitch
