Cymatics is the study of wave phenomena. It is typically associated with the physical patterns produced through the interaction of sound waves in a medium. I’ve translated this into waves acting upon a different medium, yarn, and the Cymatics set is the result.

Cymatics is a set consisting of a lacey cowl and a pair of fingerless mitts. The direction for knitting the cowl is first in the pattern, followed by the direction for knitting the fingerless mitts.

The lace patterns used in knitting the cowl and the fingerless mitts are given both in chart for and as written instructions.

Sizes: S (M) L for the fingerless mitts (to fit hand circumferences of 6 (7) 8) inches. The cowl is written in one size but with guidance on how to make it bigger or smaller.

Languages: English and Danish
