Cynthia features a long straight silhouette, inspired by the straight and cozy, oversized shapes, typical of the 1920s, deep armholes and V-neck.
The vest is designed with stranded colour work and stripes in bright cheerful colours. The hems, armhole borders & v-neck border are worked with single ribbing. The back and front are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together.

GAUGE
27 sts and 35 rows = 10 cm; 4” in colour-work pattern after wet blocking.

The front, and back are worked flat from the bottom up and sewn together. After the shoulders are sewn, sts are picked up across the armhole edges, and the bands are knitted in single ribbing. Then sts are picked up around neck and the V-neck band is knitted in the round in single ribbing.
