Dahlia Blossom Bag, lace body depicts layers of petals and leaves fold away from the drawstring opening. Optional attachment of drawstring to bottom makes it a shoulder bag. Useful as a project bag, retro style with floral theme. Uses Elizabeth Zimmermann’s idea for PI circle, then two of the stitch patterns from Barbara G. Walker’s Treasury of Knitting Patterns published in 1968 and Second Treasury of Knitting Patterns, published in 1970.
