Daisy Pins and Pincushion
A free version is also available.
This pattern is available for free on my website. If you prefer using an ad-free version (US terminology), you can buy it from my Ravelry store as both a photo tutorial version and a written-only version. The pattern contains charts by the talented Masako Kawahara, and has been tested by Niamh Holcroft.
I am obsessed with flowers and micro crochet at the moment, and those two obsessions led to the creation of these tiny crochet daisy pins and their matching Finger Bling Pincushion.
The daisies are attached to sewing pins using glue and can be used as decorative blocking pins or simply enjoyed as a whimsical crochet project. The wearable pincushion slips onto your finger, making it easy to keep pins close at hand while blocking or sewing.
When not in use, the pincushion can be displayed in a miniature terracotta pot, creating a tiny crochet flower garden for your desk.
This is a quick, playful project that combines practicality with a healthy dose of whimsy. The finished daisies measure approximately 1.4 cm in diameter, and the pincushion measures approximately 2.2 cm in diameter with an adjustable strap.
