Being delighted as I am with traveling stitch patterns, I was drawn to the book, Traditional Danish Sweaters by Vivian Høxbro, with its “200 stars and other classic motifs from historic sweaters.” I was especially intrigued with one star that has a horizontal traveling stitch that I had never seen before, and I decided to base this design on this star pattern.
