This very pretty square is made up of a circle of flower buds and petals, surrounded by a very simple frame.

The buds are made very simply with V stitches and popcorns. This is a combination of stitches which I never tire of, and who doesn’t love flowers and flower buds?

12” Afghan Square

Using worsted/Aran weight Yarn, with a 5.5mm hook.

Approx. 10” with Double Knitting, with a 4mm hook.
