Minnesota Yarn Shop Hop 2019

The theme for this year’s Shop Hop is Inspired by Games. 3 Kittens chose the Mystery Date Game for our inspiration, and Shelley has created The Date Night Cowl to spotlight our special colors of Polka Dot Sheep’s Tenderfoot 80/20 yarn. This moebius cowl is created from the inside out with shell stitches and a contrasting picot edge.

Your finished cowl will be between 36 & 42” depending on how aggressively you block it. We recommend using blocking wires and pins for the best effect.

Gauge is based on simple double crochet. Please make sure to lightly block your gauge swatch before measuring.

What you will need to construct this cowl:

• fingering weight yarn - approximately 350 yards of MC and 50 yards of CC
• US H/5.0mm hook or size to obtain gauge
