Day & Night is a classic raglan sweater, and it’s available for adults, and now also this children’s version, which has a zipper closure.
The Day & Night sweater is worked top-down in a twisted rib-pattern. First back and forth, until the slit for the zipper is finished - then worked in the round. All edges are finished with a tiny rib, where Italian cast-on and bind-off techniques are used.

MEDIUM eco wool from www.hyggestrik.dk or similar DK weight wool - 191 yd (175 m) / 50 g.

1 zipper - 3” (8 cm)

Needles
24” (60 cm) circular needles size US 2.5 & 6 (3 & 4 mm)
1 set of double pointed needles size US 2.5 & 6 (3 & 4 mm)
Stitch markers

Gauge
24 sts & 30 rows in twisted rib with needle size US 6 (4 mm) = 4” (10 cm) after wash and blocking.

Bust circumference:24.5” (62 cm) / 25.5” (65 cm) / 26.5” (67 cm) / 27.5” (70 cm) / 29.5” (75 cm) /31” (78 cm).

Length: 13” (33 cm) / 14” (36 cm) / 16” (40 cm) / 16.5” (42 cm) / 17.5” (44 cm) / 18” (46 cm).
