This pattern is re-written from “Short Wave Mitts”

The basic design has not changed; some stitch counts are slightly different.

This revision uses German Short Row techniques. End of pattern contains graph of end caps, fields and furrows for clarification.

The short rows create a design that is reminiscent of Art Deco Graphics - therefore the name - Deco Mitts.

Tilli Thomas Milan is a discontinued yarn, but any fingering weight yarn that feels delicious is a perfect substitution.
