The cracking of the Enigma code was one of the most significant successes of the British codebreaking group known as Bletchley Park. There are two sides to every secure message—and decoding is just as critical to spycraft as encoding.

This cuff-down sock has a fancy lace motif that reminds me of the Enigma disks. It has a gusseted, flap heel and standard toe. Encode and Decode are fraternal twins - Encode uses the same lace but from the toe up, while Decode works from the cuff down. Work one of each to make a pair, and feel extra crafty!

Available both in the Socks for Spies collection of 6 sock patterns and as a pair in the Encode and Decode set.
