GAUGES:
Hat: Rounds 1-3 = 3 1/4” across.
Scarf: 14 dc = 4”.

Hat is worked in rounds. Finishing: Make 1 rosette same as for scarf and sew to the hat brim. Cut four 1” felt circles; sew small stitches on felt with CC, using photo as a guide. Stitch to the hat. Make six 1” pom poms each CB and CC and sew to the hat.

Scarf is worked flat. Finish with tassel (4) in each corner and Rosettes (2).
