This cowl or scarf incorporates two winding brioche stitch patterns, reminiscent of roots winding their way through the soil.

Whether you choose the cowl or scarf, Deep Roots is worked flat. The cowl begins with a provisional cast on in order to work a three-needle bind off at the end for more seamless look.
