Deep Sea Tunic
“Love grows slow, it will grow. Love grows fast, it won’t last.” Sometimes I repeat this to myself when I’m designing a sweater. If the yarn is bulky and the gauge is big and quick, it probably won’t be a figure-flattering sweater that I will feel healthy, sexy and fit wearing. If I spend the extra time and patience making a fine-gauge sweater that is a thin, drapey fabric, I know it will be worth the time invested because it will look good on and I’ll feel great in it.
It will take a long time to make this sweater. You will need a lot of laceweight yarn. But it’s going to look fabulous on you, and it will be worth it.
