Deep Sea Wrap
The colors of the Deep Sea Wrap are meant to remind one of the clear waters and nearby mountains of the beaches of Hawaii. The center triangle of this trapezoidal wrap is worked from the middle of the top edge down, and the bias side extensions are worked separately.

Finished Size 70” wide along upper edge, 44½ “ wide along lower edge, and 13” tall.
Yarn Delicious Yarns Sweets Sport (100% superwash Merino; 310 yd 283 m/3½ oz 100 g): Mocha Latte (MC), 2 skeins; Jellybean (CC), 1 skein.
Needles Size 4 (3.5 mm): 32” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions Markers (m); stitch holder; tapestry needle.
Gauge 23 sts and 38 rows = 4” in garter st.

NOTES
- The center triangle of this trapezoid-shaped wrap is worked from the middle of the top edge down, then the stitches are divided in half for working the bias side extensions separately.
- A circular needle is used to accommodate the large number of stitches.
- For the side sections, left and right refer to their positions when the piece is viewed lying flat, right side up, with the wider upper edge at the top. The left section has increases at the beginning of right-side rows and decreases at the end, while the right section has decreases at the beginning of right-side rows and increases at the end.
- The first time you work Rows 1 and 2 of the Right Mosaic chart, the slipped stitches will be in the main color (MC) because all the held stitches from the center triangle are MC stitches. On subsequent repeats, the slipped stitches of Rows 1 and 2 will be in the contrast color (CC) as shown.
