This extra chunky, extra cozy cowl is a fast and easy project. The thick yarn is extra soft and warm, a perfect choice for fall nights and winter days. The unique stitch used in this pattern is an offset cluster, it’s an interesting technique where the cluster stitch is actually completed sideways around the post of the last completed double crochet. The decorative button is optional, and the finished cowl is wonderful without it. I do enjoy taking my project to the craft store to see what buttons they have that might add that extra finishing touch.
