NEEDLES
1 x US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needle (32” / 80 cm)
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

NOTIONS
Markers (2), tapestry needle, scissors

GAUGE (after wet blocking, measured unstretched)
With US 1 (2.25 mm) circular needle,
32 sts & 44 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in Stockinette stitch
Delaware Stitch: 31 sts = 3” / 7.5 cm, 37 sts = 3.5” / 9 cm

PATTERN NOTE
These socks are worked toe-up. The instructions are written using the magic loop method with a circular needle.
N1 is the needle for sole, heel and calf, and N2 for instep and shin.

The socks are worked in the round from the toe. On N1, sts are always worked in Stockinette stitch, then sts are increased for the gusset.

On N2, Delaware Stitch is worked.

The heel is worked only on N1 and in Stockinette stitch. On the leg, Delaware Stitch is worked both on N1 and N2.

N1が足底, かかと, ふくらはぎ側, N2が甲, すね側を編む.

つま先から輪でN1では常にメリヤス編みを編み, 途中からまちを作るために増し目を開始する.
N2ではDelaware Stitchを編む.
かかとはN1のみで往復編みをする.
脚でN1, N2共にDelaware Stitchを編む.
