This summer poncho is a simply shaped project perfect for practising basic 2-color brioche knitting. It is worked in the round from the top down with increases all around forming branching lines resembling those of a river delta.

The poncho can be dressed up and down easily, an additional feature in 2-color brioche being the reversibility: Wear it either side out, putting the spot on either the solid or the multicolor.

The pattern is one size, suitable for XS-L-sized ladies (bottom circumference 40”/120 cm) and includes tips for color selection.

For a warmer (fall/winter) version, try substituting one or both yarns with a fingering weight wool or wool/silk blend.

(FYI: The pattern price equals ca. 5.5 US dollars.)
Thanks to Bridget McGraw and my Mom for doing the photo shoots with me in Oakland/USA and Hvalsø/DK - we had such fun :) <3
