This is the US Crochet terms version.

This is a perfect project for mindless knitting or crochet. Although in the picture you can see a knitted blanket, I give instructions for both knitting and crochet, the blanket consist of big straps of colour with a more interesting border. Of course you can make the blanket a little smaller to make a shawl, it will make a great wrap.
