pronounced like: DAZE-awh-rwa
This sweater embodies the meaning of this word, with its array of colors scattered across the front and back of the body, creating a chaotic sense of color exploration. Perfect for your odds and ends of sock yarn, pick your favorite color or two, or stick with one main color to tie it all together—the options for the colors are truly endless for this.
Use your sock yarn held double throughout the body pieces for a nice hefty fabric that will keep you warm through the cooler months, and into the spring, too! Choose your favorite dk yarn for the sleeves and neck to pull all your colors together nicely into one “uniform” piece.
This sweater uses minimal shaping. The front and back are worked on the bias, from corner to corner; the sleeves are worked from cuff to neck in a welt stitch and then seed stitch, with increases shaping the sleeve. You will seam your sweater together once all pieces have been knitted and blocked to measurements, then you will pick up the neck to finish out your piece.
