A versatile layering piece that easily transitions from summer into fall and from winter into spring, Desert Jade is a feminine shrug that reveals a pretty, ornate modular-knit succulent on the back. Knit in an airy lace pattern that moves with you, the lace stitch creates a unique fabric that stretches and grows as you wear your shrug. When not worn, it shrinks back to its original dimensions.

The petals are knit in Stockinette stitch and joined as they’re worked, then tacked down to the back of the shrug. Shrug is meant to be worn with plenty of ease. The entire shrug is worked with the yarn held doubled and is written so that the front intentionally does not cover the bust. There will be anywhere between a 2-10” gap open between the front panels, depending on bust size.
