Desert Rain
a ruffley little shawl guaranteed to brighten any rainy day.
I thought of the name “Desert Rain” because the lace portion reminded me of the rare rainy days driving past the sand dunes when I was living in Abu Dhabi. This shawl makes me think of all of the great friends I made while living in UAE and the wonderful knitting groups I got to be a part of.
The pattern has both written directions and chart for the lace portion of the shawl.
There are also directions included to knit the shawl in larger sizes and tips for blocking out the ruffles.
