In the southeast corner of Oregon is a magical place where sage grouse dance and Steens Mountain rises above the wildflowers and the sagebrush. Capturing the natural wonders of Oregon’s high desert, the Desert Vistas Mitts start with chevron patterned mountains at the cuff, transition into branches of sagebrush, and finish with the fanlike tails of the male sage grouse. The knitting is interesting without being overly complicated and the finished mitts will be sure to delight.
