This tutorial is based on my earlier description of the Angel sleeves crop top Desire with such differences:

Body is longer and the top widens towards the bottom, sleeves are shorter and made without additional edge panel along the bottom. This long version is easier because your garment will be crocheted with two types of motifs, then the neckline edge is added for the perfect finishing. This PDF contains link to VIDEO with all round motifs.

All photos in this tutorial are made with yellow yarn. Black completed top is a courtesy of rassini, who asked for a longer top-assembly and simpler sleeves and successfully tested it.

This description (long black top) does NOT include instructions on how to crochet round motifs in one piece.

This crochet pattern is given for bust circumference 84-89 cm (33-35’’). The width of one round motif is considered as gauge and depends on the chosen size.
I have included suggestions on how big should be your gauge if you wish to crochet this top for bust circumference 76-81 cm (30-32’’); 92-97 cm (36-38’’); and 99-104 cm (39-41’’). In this case you will need to use another yarn and/or hook.

Some crocheters think that these free vintage charts already in the public domain belong to this top. In fact they are for different round motifs. Because some Etsy shops resell free vintage charts along with the wrong assembly layout for flared sleeves, I kindly ask you not to share my patterns with others. Drawing colorful detailed charts, quite a peculiar sleeve assembly layout, describing all rows took several months and I do not wish to support any Etsy shops that promise you patterns not corresponding with cover photos.
