Skill level: Beginner

The Diadem Shawlette is a simple crochet wrap using worsted weight yarn. The triangular motif throughout the shawlette is a nod to bejeweled crowns worn by heroic queens throughout history.

There is a video tutorial provided for the shawl that covers beginning the shawl through the picot edging.

Construction Details:
The Diadem Shawlette is worked from the center top towards the outer edge. After working the set-up rows, the crochet pattern is a simple one-row repeat that uses double crochet and chain stitches. A picot edging is worked at the end of the shawl to add flair.

Skills Required:
Magic Ring (or Slip Knot)
Single Crochet
Chain
Double Crochet
Weaving in ends
