Diamond Head Hanging

Finished Size 18” wide and 34” long, excluding fringe.
Yarn Wool and the Gang Ra-Ra Raffia (100% wood pulp paper; 273 yd 250 m/3½ oz 100 g;): ivory white (A), 2 balls.
Wool and the Gang Billie Jean (100% cotton; 148 yd 135 m/ 3½ oz 100 g;): indigo denim (B), dirty denim (C), 1 ball each.
Wool and the Gang Sugar Baby Alpaca (100% alpaca; 127 yd 116 m/1¾ oz 50 g;): curasao blue (D), 1 ball.
Hook Size I/9 (5.5 mm) hook. Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.
Notions Rust-proof pins; ½“ diameter wooden dowel, 23½” length; yarn needle.
Gauge 5 mesh and 6 rows = 4” in patt.

- Filet background is worked first. Fringe is attached after background is complete.
- Do not wet-block (immerse). This will ruin the hanging.
