Designer Notes from Knit ‘N Style December 2007: Back and front are worked back and forth in rows on circular needles to easily accommodate the large number of stitches.

Ribbing is worked on smaller needles, vest body is worked on larger needles. Neck and armhole bands are picked up and worked on smaller needles.
