Diamond Winter Cardigan is an upgraded version of my Triple Diamond Cardigan pattern, including a collar, eyelet detail on the button band and ruffle detail on the sleeve and body. Everything is customizable to the details you want on your cardigan: collar, cuffs, ruffles, body length, sleeve length, button band detail.

The pattern is fully written out; and includes a chart and schematic for sizes S, M and L It is designed for worsted weight yarn, but as depicted can be worked in DK or Aran weight yarn also - allowing for the difference in the gauge to ensure correct sizing. Because this cardigan is worked from the top down, you can try it on and make adjustments as you work. I chose to make the two examples shown with 4 diamonds in length. I recommend worsted weight or lighter as it is difficult to work the ruffles in Aran weight as they tend to curl back on themselves.
