Dilly is a scrumptiously soft, cosy and feminine cowl which will keep your neck and throat warm this winter. Deliberately loose fitting with slightly tighter edges, this creates a blouson effect which shows off the stitching beautifully. Dilly can be worn either over or under a top layer as it is light weight and not bulky.
