Directional was written to celebrate Local Yarn Store Day 2021.

Through unique construction, it highlights self-striping sock yarn to make a lightweight scarf.

The original colorway was custom-dyed and had a wide stripe. Any striping sock yarn will highlight the construction.

For a longer scarf, you may wish to use more accent color. Or you can knit with the main color until it is used up, beyond the repeats specified in the pattern.
