I have made lots of dishcloths and one night I thought I would try a mitt pattern with the yarn. My mother is in a wheelchair and while I made her lots of the popular fingerless mitts in other yarns, they just didn’t hold up with the daily washings. When you are confined to a wheelchair, your hands take lots of abuse from turning the wheels. These mitts are just what she needed. I even make them for myself since my hands freeze when I am at the computer, especially in the summer with air conditioning. Try a pair! You can wash them daily, and they only shrink a tad. Great for bazaars or gifts.
